Bully Ray Says WWE is Doing Well in Elevating New Talent

By ctv 3 Min Read

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray recently commended the promotion for its efforts in showcasing the rising talent. Since Triple H assumed control in 2022, numerous stars have been making their mark, including Dominik Mysterio, Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, and others.

Another standout in this lineup is Bronson Reed. Following WWE RAW after SummerSlam, Reed stunned the audience by launching a surprise attack on Seth Rollins, delivering six Tsunami Splashes from the top rope. This vicious assault resulted in significant internal bleeding for Rollins, necessitating his hospitalization.

But Reed’s rampage didn’t end there. In the weeks since, he has also targeted The Miz, R-Truth, and most recently, Braun Strowman. In a major confrontation on the latest episode of WWE RAW, Bronson Reed faced Braun Strowman in a match that spilled throughout the arena and concluded dramatically in the parking lot.

The climax of their encounter saw Reed emerge victorious over The Monster Among Men. With Strowman incapacitated on top of a car, Reed executed another Tsunami Splash, leaving Strowman battered and bruised. Following this event, Bully Ray took a moment to praise WWE for the way they’ve booked Reed.

Bully Ray discusses Bronson Reed

On Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray shared his appreciation for Bronson Reed’s recent performances and the momentum Reed has gained in WWE. He remarked, “With each passing week, Bronson continues to progress. My interest in him keeps growing. They’re establishing him effectively, and it’s up to the fans to form their opinions.”

Ray also praised Reed’s segment with Braun Strowman on RAW, noting that while he found the match captivating, it was the post-match attack that truly stood out. He commented, “What sticks with you is Bronson Reed standing atop that structure, with Braun Strowman sprawled on that Cadillac, and then executing a splash onto him from above. It was an incredible finishing move. You don’t need WrestleMania for a moment that feels monumental. They created a ‘Raw’ moment.”

With Bronson Reed making waves since WWE SummerSlam, fans are eager to see who will fall victim to his next assault.
