Dallas and Goodwin experienced a whirlwind fairy tale romance while co-starring as Prince Charming and Snow White on ABC’s fantasy hit Once Upon a Time.
“It was like a blinding light hit me,” Dallas shared with People in 2012. “I realized I was in trouble.”
Goodwin, on the other hand, felt an instant connection during their first date at Disneyland.
“I knew I was destined to marry my husband Josh at Disneyland, especially since it was his first visit there and we had just started dating,” Goodwin later recounted to Kelly Ripa. “While we were on Big Thunder Mountain, he threw his arms up and exclaimed, ‘This is the best day of my life,’ and I thought, ‘We’re definitely getting married.'”
He proposed in October 2013, and by April 2014, they were officially married. Dallas and Goodwin are now proud parents of two sons, Oliver, 9, and Hugo, 6. The Manifest star is eager to collaborate with his wife again after their six years together on OUAT.
“She’s amazing. I miss working with her every day,” he expressed on Live with Kelly and Ryan. “I think she was saying, ‘Look, we’ve been working and living together for six years; let me have a breather.’ But I really hope we can work together again.”
