“OMG I can’t believe I’m 43!!!” Tarek shared on Instagram, revealing that he and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa marked the occasion with a getaway to Tampa, Florida. “From sunny adventures to unforgettable moments, it truly was a birthday to remember.”
When a follower commented that they thought he looked older than 43, the Flipping 101 star humorously responded, “Guess my wife needs glasses too lol.”
Heather, whom he wed in 2021, plays a crucial role in Tarek’s youthful appearance. After another user remarked that he dresses “like a 13-year-old boy” and suggested he take style tips from a Selling Sunset star, Tarek cheekily replied, “She dresses me lol.”
Additionally, the HGTV host revamped his diet and exercise routine three years ago, contributing to his weight loss journey.
